As most people get very heated discussing some of the issues here, there are a few rules we need to implement. We are initiating a “3 strikes – You’re Out!” ruling here, where if you are warned 3 times, you will be banned from this forum. No exceptions. Ignorance of the rules stated here is no excuse, so expect your actions to have consequences.

1. Everyone is welcome to post here, regardless of their opinions. Yes, we understand not everyone will agree, but we WILL NOT prevent anyone from voicing their opinion on the sole basis it disagrees with our own opinion or anyone else’s. Please be respectful of all other posters within these forums.

2. No flaming individuals. This includes name calling, insinuations and innuendos, out right attacks or any other comments that could be considered personal. Just to clarify, this means no flaming individual posters. Businesses or organizations are fair game, as long as you remain civilized in your comments.

3. We will not tolerate any discriminating comments including but not limited to racial, sexual, religious or sexually explicit comments from anyone.

4. No swearing. No exceptions. Try to keep all posts as PG13 as possible. If you must, use the star key (*) to blank out letters in inappropriate words. If we have to modify your words for you, that will be considered a strike against you.

5. No harassing private messages. If you feel someone is sending you inappropriate private messages, please forward the message to the administrator and we will deal with the harassment.

6. Sending unsolicited messages to community members, either publicly or privately via private message or e-mail, is not allowed. Any "spamming" activities reported by posters will lead to banning of the accounts involved. No blatant advertising.

7. No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.

8. Use a title that describes the content of your post. Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention.

9. Political discussion not directly related to these cases or similar issues is prohibited, as is any discussion on religion and religious matters.

10. Absolutely no links to unapproved, copyrighted material.

These rules may change as need warrants. Please send a private message to the administrator if you feel there are rules missing that are needed. Thank you.
